What we process and why
Bookings and communication
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, contact details, requested date and booking requirements. We use it to answer your enquiry, take steps towards a booking, perform the booking and meet related obligations. The legal bases are steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and legal obligations.
Security and technical operation
The hosting provider may temporarily process technical server logs, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser identifier. This supports security, error diagnosis and reliable operation on the basis of legitimate interests.
Analytics and marketing
Google Analytics 4 and Seznam retargeting load only after consent. Consent is voluntary, refusal does not affect bookings or ordinary use of the website, and your choice can be changed at any time.

The website also loads technical files required for its appearance and operation, including Google Fonts and Webflow libraries. Opening a WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Google Maps link takes you to the relevant provider.

How long we retain data
We store the consent choice for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days on this website. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the communication; booking data for as long as needed to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations and protect legal claims. Server-log retention follows the hosting provider’s configuration.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Contact booking@vipliving.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
